受付の年配女性の対応も非常に不快で、こちらが痛みで困っている患者であるという意識が感じられず、笑っているような態度にも驚きました。接遇面は改善した方がいいと思います。

唯一、ピンク色の服を着た女性スタッフの方だけは親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。その方には感謝しています。

痛みを抱えて不安な状態で受診したにもかかわらず、このような対応を受けてしっかり料金もとられ痛みが悪化して終えた結果になりました。非常に残念でした。私は二度と受診したいとは思いませんし、大切な家族や知人にもおすすめできる歯医者ではありません。同じような思いをする人が増えないことを願います。
